RateLimit information

#1

I haven’t seen a way to fetch the information regarding the rate limitation of the api client.

The HTTP executor has this information available through the headers, but it’s dirty to have to reach into it to extract this information.

Can you add a RateLimit node, or some other way to get this information within the query response, please? It would be very useful to build apps that are throttle-aware to make intelligent decisions.

That’s a good point. I’ll add this to our internal tracking system.

As part of this week’s meeting (every Monday), we agreed that this would be interesting, but have decided to punt on this for the short-term (~two weeks).

Is it up?
Also, is the rate limit of the GraphQL api 200 per hour?

Is it up?

No. :frowning:

Also, is the rate limit of the GraphQL api 200 per hour?

Yes.

#6

Is there any visibility on when this rate limit will be increased?

I guarantee that the answer is “soon”, like within a month or two. We’ve been rolling out safeguards and observing external traffic to determine what newer limits might look like in a real production setting.
